Booked Tab wizpad g21 plus hd 26.72 cm (10.5 inch) 4g tablet 4 gb ram 64 gb black on 19 Sept 2020.
Sir,
I have booked wizpad on bookmytab.com site. The payment was made online. Site describe the details of the tab and 5 days return period. I received a fake prata phone which is 5 inches with a battery, earphones which I think may be dummy also via dtdc courier waybill no 700015196491 on 26 Sep 2020. On trying to contact through mobile phone there is no response. Customer Care there is a form to fill, but there is no response either. There is 5 days return period and the site says full refund. There is also a return policy wherein the conditions are laid down and how to register for refund and replace but there is no details where to register and no response. I would like that a legal action is required to be taken to stop such fraud of extracting money. I would like to get my refund back please.
