Hello,
I have been loyally using Swiggy’s services for last 5 years. I have always overlooked their mistakes, food spillages, no delivery, lost food parcels.
But today when I ordered food worth 714 rupees and had payed for the food prior to the delivery, I did not receive any calls from their delivery partner or operator because my only phone got dropped in water.
The statement that they closed their customer support chat at was – “We have received your feedback and shall work on it”.
I’m devastated in my loss of property and the inhumane behaviour of this app platform! There is no compensation from their end and no refund being made.
I waited on my address the whole time and no delivery agent reached the address while it is a fairly known address.
