I have made a deposit of ₹10000 on 01/jan/2025 at 4.24pm
The amount hasn’t been received in my gaming account as well as not refunded in my bank account & when i report this to them through mail id , they keep on saying that share original bank statement in pdf format even though I’m sharing the same they are not ready to accept that..
