Hi,

I ordered chicken curry rice bowl but I received a small bowl with curry. No chicken no rice on curry(tari).The things I ordered are totally different from what I ordered. I chated with agent on swiggy application immediately so I can get replacement and the chat agent asked me to email to get full refund.I told them I want my order not refund but they said email and get refund is only option. I am trying to contact swiggy email support since July 17,2023 but they are continuously giving BOT replies. They are not even calling me and are lying me that they are not able to connect. I daily wait for the call but I haven’t got any call from swiggy neither got helpful answer.I am sending pdf of e-mail chain.
