I ordered 4 items on swiggy on 31 December, but got only 3 items. And this is not first time this is happening it happened many a times but no action taken. They are running a scam wuth Restaurants now. Restuarant is not delivering all food, and instead of checking it with restaurant and returning our money. They are sending same bot messages. I ordered 1 chilli paneer, 1 manchuriya veg, 2 noodles and received all except veg manchuriya. As per app i called to customer support and they said to drop mail after 30 mins. I did it and arter 48 hours swiggy is saying they will share feedback. Ask them what about the Services for which we paid?? Also why do they not have any customer support for instant resolution.. i have done many complaints so they blocked my account and they give same answer to me, no action just because am raising voice against this scam. I want to move this to the last as much as we can. Please help

I am having the same issue. Orders come in partially, but payment is taken in full.
