Text of Complaint by Amrinder Kaur:

I have ordered Boat Rockers head phones and the delivery date was on 3rd Jan, 2020. the delivery boy called me from the number 01726132600 and asked the location and after that I tried to contact him several times but he did not attended my calls.

I contacted on Customer care and received a call from Your Customer Care Executive. He said we are sorry and cannot do anything and you have to keep trying his number again and again. Then on 4th Jan, 2020  nobody came for delivery, on 5th Jan, 2020 I received a call from same number at 3 o clock and delivery boy I told the delivery boy that I will be in office till 5 p.m. then he said that its my problem, as he wont come to give the delivery according to my time schedule.

on Sunday 6th Jan, 2020 he called me that i want to come today and i requested him that today its Sunday and you should come on 6th Jan, 2020 on Monday before 5 p.m. He refused to do so. Now on Monday 6th Jan, 2020 your site has cancelled my order and once again i contacted to customer care executive and received a call from Ms. Bhumika and she simply said we are sorry and cannot help you.

 

Do Flipkart just try to harass a customer nothing else????
