I had purchased a one month subscription of swiggy one to get good services from swiggy. But instead of providing me good service there support staff is super incompetent. I had ordered 3 ice creams from Natural Icecreams one Mango icecream and two coconut icecreams but instead I received reverse, one coconut icecream and two mango icecreams. Even after speaking to the customer care agent and her assuring me when the order was late that she will help me. She abruptly marked the conversation closed. I am attaching chat screenshots and proof below. I tried mailing there support team but they didn’t help me either.
