Text of Complaint by Steny:

I ordered food from Swigggy on 27th 12.10 pm. I was traveling on the same day and was expecting the food to be delivered by 12.50 pm (The usual delivery time from the restaurant). After 30 minutes, it was showing delayed. I called the delivery partner and he informed me the food is being cooked and he is waiting there. I called them multiple times and raised the issue in help customer care, but the response was same. After One and half hour, customer care called me and informed me, Swiggy is having an issue with the restaurant and they are denying to give the food. I waited for around 1.5 hrs to get my food after paying in advance. I also called them several times. This is so unprofessional and totally unexpected. What if I didn’t have money to order food again? How can we trust them to be accountable if they act like this? They refunded my money. But I want compensation for the time they wasted.
