Hi,

I ordered kadhai paneer and 6 rumali roti from swiggy, but they delivered veg kebab and 3 rumali roti instead of that , so I asked them to refund me for the same. But instead of refunding, they forced me to take the coupon saying that they don’t have an option for refund but only can offer a coupon. It was totally unjustifiable, because they were forcing me again to order from swiggy even if I don’t want to. So I accepted the coupon, but the coupon had its own limitations that it was valid for all order except dominos and POP orders. So I tried to apply that coupon on groceries from swiggy, but it didn’t got apply. So I pinged there customer care executives about that and they said that food coupons don’t get apply to grocery’s. So how is this statement valid, groceries are also food and the grocery section is also a part of swiggy.

So I request you to get me refund for the same, as I am totally frustated with there answer that they don’t have an option for refund, as it was clearly there mistake and they should bear for that, instead of customer. They should have an option for refund and not force customer to take coupons.
