Text of Complaint by Sai tarun Tej reddy:

I have placed my order and there was a delay in confirming my order, so i contacted for help and they provided me with a number which is coming as switched off, so i asked should i cancel my order and place a fresh order from different restaurent,as there isĀ  a curfew going on swiggy will stop sevices by 9 pm in my locality, i even informed them about the curfew, but they cancelled my order after curfew started and saying me to order from different restaurent. By that time swiggy stopped of services and started curfew.The whole night i had no food as i was in a hostel and curfew started, they chatted for almost 1hr 30 mins with no solution because of their tech issues and even delay in decision making.
