Order a biryani and pay 500 on 26 December 2022 time 00:32 am received food at 1:25am but due to no change of rs 500 ( which i clearly mentioned on Swiggy instruction bar and call also that need change of 500 and otherwise i cancel order ASAP but excutive assure me that don’t worry our agent have change so be feel free) but unfortunately delivery boy have no change and then they call there seniors now all of these seniors take 30 min and after all my food got cold extremely and they issue a coupon behalf of change money then i immediately call the excutive and tell everything that what happened how u guys manipulate now the food is extremely cold and what to do and i also not adding in deal coupon so all miss gurpreet Swiggy excutive assure me that in 24hrs u get ur full refund but after 24 hrs there is no refund i get again i call the Swiggy cce first they deny then i again tell whole story then they check and assure yes there is refund in process so pls wait 5 days now 10 days yet i don’t receive any refund now i mail to there excutive with screenshot and audio recordings of there excutive where they said i get ur refund but they just ignore the mails and repeat only irritating lines that sorry we don’t get any thing even i request a call back sevral Times but they ignore and mail me repeated lines and pass mail to other excutive first Mt Nayana nayak,then bhumika and now sahil Mehta etc etc seriously it’s a kind of harassment nad feel cheated
