I have a complain on swiggy
i have order ice cream from swiggy restaurant name Sooper located in vikhorli at 10.58 pm total deliving time wich was showing was 30mins , i have paid 245 rs for that order
20 mins passed i called the delivery boy he told that he is standing in front of the restaurant the restaurant is not picking up the phone, i told him i will cancle the order delivery boy told him that give him 5 mins i will try pls dont cancle the order , then i said ok and and call the delivery boy after 5 mins he told me that the restaurant is giving the order, it was 25 mins passed for the order to cum from vihkorli ito vidyavihar it will take 20mins more , so i cancle the order as i had a filght to catch at 2 am becaues of which swiggy charge me 245 rs this is not accepted as the order was a ice creame order the just had to give the order , order preparation was not required
had given a complain they told me u will be charge 245 as per the rule
this is not done swiggy cost it high when we go to any restaurant the cost is low and when v order from swiggy the cost is high .pl slook into it
