i ordered a few things from swiggy instamart, when i received the parcel i noticed they’ve charged 2rs. for the paper bag, it was okay if the paperbag didn’t had the logo and other promotional dialogues on the bag. I’m well aware of the fact that they cannot charge for the bag which has any promotional content of their brand. Hence, i want to file a complaint and get the compensation of rs. 15000 as per law.
