I ordered food from KFC which is 34 minuets away and I didn’t receive the order for 50 minutes and then I was talking to the agent and he took so long to reply and they assigned me another delivery partner and when I called him they were like somebody else picked up the order and I waited for one and half hour and they refused to give me my refund
