Hi,

Being a vodafone customer for more than 6 years, never ever expected such substandard behaviour from your executive/retention team. I guess if I heard correctly, Shikha called up from retention team.
This was just an introduction going on and there was no disturbance on the call.  The young lady unnecessary asking me “if I am able to hear” and disconnected the call.
This has happened third time in the past few days.
Please check your records or which ever soft ware you use where the calls get recorded.
I just want to port out, as my plan got changed without my knowledge. People on other side are not cooperating and they make sure, we the customers are culprit.
If we are calling the customer care, that means we need ‘Held and not to get embarrassed.
