Zomato was activated Gold membership without my acceptance. i never interested and i didn’t authorized to activate the subscription. i was on bike when the transaction was happened and i’m driving at that moment i can provide you the CC TV video for the proof. The amount got debited from Paytm wallet and i have reached paytm customer care they are saying this issue has to be resolve by Zomato they are not willing to do anything and i have reached zomato customer care and i have explained the complete scenario they are also not willing to help me. it’s happened 12/july/2019 at 4.08 PM and immediately i have reached the customer care. My request is cancel the subscription and refund the money.
