Subject: New feature PaytmPostpaid
Details: As per paytm postpaid policy, to avail the feature we have to register for Paytm postpaid by adding Aadhaar no and PAN no. Then we have to set a passcode which will be asked during any transaction using postpaid money.
Issue: Even if I have not registered and requested for paytm postpaid service, they have added Money of 1200 rps to my wallet without my knowledge, transaction got posted without a second factor authentication and passcode verification and the amount is shown as due for me. Kindly take necessary actions asap
I have tried to contact customer care multiple times. On call, only automated message they are giving and in messages not at all giving answers to the questions
