I ordered at9:03 am 6th may canceled it with in a minute. They didn’t cancel my order and the delay was on their part as the were not replying told them that it will be a wastage of food and delivery partners time still they kept refusing it . I canceled it with in a minute according to their policy
Stubborn and rigid behaviour on part of SWIGGY AND customer care named ANJALI SHARMA.kept insisting to receive the order even when I told them nobody is home .They kept asking what’s the reason and there will be 100%cancellation fee. Wasting the time during which the delivery boy already was on his way.
Firstly there shouldn’t be 100% cancellation fee as canceled it with in minute.
Secondly I told them I don’t want any calls regarding this order (I was on my way to hospital due to some mishap)they started calling me on and on.
Thirdly still I manage to person at a shop nearby to collect it on my behalf.As it was already there
Fourthly all this wouldn’t have happened if SWIGGY N MS.ANJALI THE customer care representative have handled things on time.
AND IT WAS A COD ORDER I COULD HAVE EASILY AVOIDED IT
It’s just Harassing , it happened before but it triggered me this time as I was on a medical emergency n told them not to call me regarding this order
