Text of Complaint by P Premkumar:

Dear team,

I had applied for a claim under vodafone mobile shield for my damaged device in the month of march. These people had asked for lot of documents and made me run for two months and given lot of false promises stating that once the claim amount is approved I can repair my mobile on my own and post that I can give the repair estimate which will be paid back to me in few working days.

I followed the complete process and now the customer care person is telling me that the over all device got depreciated and they want me to send my device for which they will pay 25k for a device which I bought at 89k where as the market value of the mobile is higher when I checked in I phone store.

You people had given me immense stress and made me run here and there by giving me a false information and without explaining me properly and end of the two months you totally talk about depreciation which was not explained to me in the conversations of customer care on which there are recordings. In my last conversation the customer care executive Rita had connected the call to one more gentle men who had abruptly cut my call telling that he will get back in this issue.

I have spoke with my advocate to file a case in consumes court for compensation for giving me so much stress and wasting my productive time for this two months.
