I ordered food from Swiggy on 27 around 1:30, the food delivered around 3:13. The food was stale, smelled and tasted bad, if we (6 peoples) have eaten it we would have gotten food poisoning. It was my birthday celebration, I collected money just to be able to spend a little on my birthday. We had to order chips and cold drinks because the food was inedible. If they would have allowed on their application to talk to a customer service agent, I would have opted for replacement but their UI is so bad. My money got wasted and over spent because Swiggy is not refunding the money. I am a student not from rich family. 600 rupees are lot, now they are saying we have generated a coupon which I was not aware of, they did not asked me and I did not consent for any coupon because I wanted the refund. This is pure scam.
