I ordered a thali worth rs 146 from zomoto(RP Foods). The paneer sabzi was stale and rice were tasting like a detergent soap. When I complaint to the customer support executive and asked to collect their food and give us either fresh food or refund, they asked to give only rs 58 refund and when I insisted to give us refund when they refused to deliver fresh food, they closed down the chat so that I cannot contact zomato helpline. This is breach of their service. I lost food as well as my money. This is violation of my right to food under article 21(right to life) despite being paying my money.
