I specifically mentioned on Zomato for the restaurant “Don’t make food spicy, kids have to eat this”. The restaurant did not adhered to my request. Not only this, the Chicken was also partly cooked and was raw.
Zomato did nothing and instead gave me scripted apologies. The food I ordered was not free. The restaurant offered a single free dish for the entire order they messed up. They thought they are doing a favor. Zomato shamelessly disconnected the chat without giving me any resolution or response. This is how they treat their Pro+ members. I wonder how are normal customers treated.
I want someone to teach them a good lesson. Customers are not idiots that they are paying for their membership and them being treated like beggars.
