I ordered a soft silk Saree from Sareego.com located in Surat on May 16, 2020. It was mentioned as soft silk in description and the price was Rs.1299 + Rs. 100 for courier charges. I received the Saree on May 29 and the material is not soft silk. It looks very cheap like polyester Printed on one side and white plain fabric on the other side.
I wrote an email on the same day for return stating the quality issue. I got a reply that it cannot be returned. Again I asked for an exchange at least as it is not worth for Rs.1299. But got no reply after that.
