I am mrittunjay roy from itarsi district hoshangabad madhya pradesh.
On june 2 2020 i got a call and whatsapp message from a company called ‘ DFX ENTERPRISE ’ offering
“ online captcha copying part time work in our mobile phone.. They said 700 words workload they will provide for 7 days and i have to complete it with 90% accuracy.
They said that after
After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a link through email.
When i click the link that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i’m not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty..
I was shocked by this mail..
I refused to continue with it throgh their whatsapp account. After that i didn’t received any message from them.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. Now they sended me a notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..
They also said they have filed case against me in court. If i want to settle the disoute call at 8980255494, 7211100334 , 6356005117. When i. Called they asked me to pay the dues ie registration fee.
I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

dfx is fraud company .i got also same….they make agreement without any my knowledge……they do call and make registration…after everything done they show you agrrement after registration….and want 4700rs to cancel registration.

I dont know what to do now?.I said that i cant work right now this is heavy for me.he said u can get 2-3 days but i said no i just cant do it then he acted like he cant listen to me. I called back again and politely requested please delete my id i cant afford any mistake he said ok i m deleting but ofcourse i dont trust him.
Yesterday (june 17th 2020) i also received a call nd mail from DFx
They are asking me to pay 8200
Though i have completed my work before deadline but..90% accuracy was not reached…so they are saying they will file case against me … idk what to do now..

Vo to pan card, adhaar card, voter card. Inme se koi ek ID card mang rhe the pr Mene kuchh nhi diya unko. Or unka Mobile number b block kr diya. Taki vo mujhe presaan na kr ske.

Even I got a call today and they sent me this agreement but after reading these comments I have sent them and email to cancel my agreement and not to send me any forms.
They called today and said the same thing that we cannot cancel the agreement and you will have to pay the registration charges or face legal action. I do not have any money to pay them & I told them so but still they insisted on paying the charges. If any concern govt official is reading this kindly take some action. I am also tweeting this to CMO Maharashtra and CMO Gujrat.
They are fraud, and the legal notice is also fake. So nothing is going to happen to you if you refuse to pay money. Infact if you complain about this to police, they will be arrested.

But I will only say one thing to everyone in this forum. They cannot do anything, they just sent all these fake notices on email and call. But you got to be strong and send a stern reply to them.

Muze bhi phale bole aapko Kam submit hone ke Baad payment aayga aur usmes hi registration fee adjust hogi.. Kam pura hone ke Baad PDF check Kiya to sub perfect tha aur company ne page bheje aur usme ( file me space add karke) edit karke bol rahe hai aapka Kiya huva job wrong hai… Abhi force kar rahe paise bhro karke nahi to case karenge … Froud company kar Rahi hai aur galti hamari Bata rahe hai..

Friends, that happened to me too. Someone has to do something about that. Why dont we people make a group and make that fraud company pay for their deeds..I am getting calls regularly saying i have to pay that 4700 rs otherwise they will sue me…They cant do anything The law is with us and is in our favour..so plz if you all agree to make a group and start tweeting about them then please reply to my comment
I have also received the same email from DFX, it’s a fraud company, and I know that they can’t do anything as they are highlighted everywhere, advocates giving legal notices are also fraud as the language they are using in notices are not professional one .

This company is totally fraud i have received a call from DFX Enterprise the boy who called me his name is Deepak ( 7285860317 ) this is the no than hi send me one mail in that they mention this is form filling job they provide us 700 form we need to complete in 7 days in that 630 form shod be proper if 70 form is mistake that shod be fine and than i received username and password (Deepak) dint explain me how to star this job and hi switch off his mobile and than after 2 days again i got call from same company her name was Shruti ( 7211103782 ) she told me how to start this job and i asked her to please provide me your company name address website and customer care number but still she did’t provide me customer care number and than second day she block my no but still i stared this work and within 4 days i complete this job full sincerely i complete this but they did’t called me to provide my salary
Let us all form a group and tweet about this fraud to Cyber crime in our respected states and also tag CMO’s of your state and Gujarat state so these culprits are traced and action is taken against them for this metal harassment.

I have actually not done any work for them. I only did the registration but I told them after reading the agreement that I do not agree to their repayment clause and asked them the same day to not send me any work. They tried to persuade me to take up the work as it is easy and they can even give extension if I could not finish but I told them I do not want to work with them. They started sending me email warning me of the charges and penalty and now they sent me this notice but everything is on email.

I too am a culprit these people use same technique for each and every person but from me he demanded 18920/- for withdrawing petition and later from gujarat police station the person settled for 12000/- but I didnt sign nor agreed for any such payment which he demanded why should I pay for that.WE do work sincerely and this is what we get. This is injustice for freshers like me . This incidence shook me personally and affected my confidence level.

just ignore them. I have been doing the same as well. The case number and notices which they are sending are not even authentic and hold no legal value. I have discussed the same with a lawyer and we have two options:
a. to file a complaint against them in the cyber cell.
b. ignore them and block their emails and contacts.

Gharpe nahi aate he itne logo ke sath fraud kar rahe he to kis kiske gharpe jayenge vo.. don’t worry if possible change email ID. Mail nahi ayenge to stress nahi rahega aur block karna unko..
