Hello,

My name is SAMEER KHAN, and i raised a complaint with snapdeal for wrong item delivery the same day i received the item which was on 15th of march 2018, i placed an order for VOX VN01 ANDROID LAPTOP, worth Rs. 5499/- with the Order ID: 21337753254 but when opened the package i found a fake children’s learning laptop.

I have it’s video proof as well as pictures. I tried contacting Snapdeal’s Helpline Number but IVR wasn’t connecting to a human help.

So, i mailed them couple of times but whenever i got a reply, it was an automated message and the same repetitive replies, i tried replying to the same messages & was explaining them the error happening, but all the time i was recieving automated messages.

Then, lastly, i received a mail stating that, “We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks.

We are sorry that we will be unable to complete your return request.”, i received this mail on 16th march. But i had no previous orders which have been returned or have no activity before which was fraudulent.

The only thing which went wrong before was, i placed an order for samsung battery which wasn’t got delivered, as nobody contacted me while delivery or no attempts made at that time for delivery which went back to the seller and got cancelled automatically.

Kindly, Please help me over this issue and i request snapdeal to look into the matter and to process a replacement for the same.
