Dear Sir/ Ma’am
I have received an offer in my Vodafone app (7718111971) of Rs.177
(5GB 3G/4G data + 8GB 4G only data for 4G H/S + 4G SIM user in 4G
covered area), I am using 4G handset/ SIM in 4G covered area, but I have received only 2GB data for that recharge, I have requested vodafone to credit the rest data as per my offer bt they are denying to do so, I have provided them the screen shot of that offer.
also they have charged me 20-22 rupees from my main A/C for using internet after that 2GB. I thing this is also a wrong deduction, please help me to get those(internet balance & main a/c balance) back.
