I placed Longway 40inch smart TV order in snapdeal .But I received 32 inch TV. So I placed refund option in snapdeal. But snapdeal not replying my refund request. They say only refund request closed. Without informing any issues about refund. I don’t know what to do.. .
I’m not able to contact snapdeal care it’s computer voice saying same things again and again. I’m so sad..
