Dear Flipkart team, this Suresh Babu .
I have ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) and
Wildcraft Zeal 17 L Backpack (Blue) and Order ID is OD113817125227680000 on 4 th of November.
i have made my payment via SBI card.
by yesterday i have got a msg from your side stating the my order has been cancelled by the seller , due to some technical reason.
When i have called Flipkart regarding i am not getting right response your side.
Your executives are telling me that, the refund will be made. And asking me to re order the product again.
I need to as you few things :
1 ) I am asking you that, when your Seller cancels the order did you bothered to give any prior information.
2) Your executives mentioned that , since the wrong product was shipped from the seller the logistics people have cancelled the order .
In that case what you should have done the Right product has to be sent to me instead of the wrong one. But without doing that, you guys have cancelled the order casually.
3) In my order there are two sellers for two various products ie (Truenet Commerce& RetailNet),
My question is how come both the sellers are having same problem when processing my order.
4) Just because I have made the ordered and the same has been approved by you, I have given my words to someone that, I will hand over the phone and bad on Saturday? What will happen to my credibility? Can u compensate that?
Don’t play with human emotions.
I don’t want any refund. All i need is the product should be delivered as promised by you on the particular date.
I will be taking legal support if I am not getting the products which I have paid for .
