I had ordered a fastag from airtel thanks app on 11/12/2019 and it was supposed to be delivered to me within 14 days but it is not yet delivered to me . I am contacting to customer care executives thorough mails and calls since 30/12/2019 but they aren’t doing anything. They just want me to wait for two more days and after two days they again ask me to wait for two more days and then again and again. I’m tired of this. I asked them for refund but they are neither delivering the tag nor refund.
