On 27th May’ 2022 at around 4 pm in the evening my Airtel prepaid sim started showing no network and only emergency call available. I waited till 9pm for the network coverage. At around 10 pm I dialled the Airtel customer service centre and the representative there asked me to get my sim change as the sim was damaged. I went on 28th May’ 2022 to the nearby Airtel service centre and get the required thing done. On asking the reason behind damage, the person there told me it was a technical issue. Airtel gave me so such warning of the issue. Just one day suddenly my network was blocked.
The required reason is demanded as such uncertain events can lead to serious injuries
