When we call customer care automated response comes as return link will be sent. But no luck yet. No response in chat also.

I think Ship Streak is a cheating company. On or before I had receive a plastic torch which will be amounted to Rs. 25 or 30 in local market instead of my order for a rechargable LED torch of Rs. 500.00.
I had informed this to Ship streak but they are not ready to hear my complaint. They were collecting money by issuing wrong product to customers. So please don’t purchase any products from this company.
