I have purchased product sigri gas wala but it’s was defective and i tried to call on consumer number 9354146797 but they switched off and ignore my message on WhatsApp for the concern of there send defective product of gas stove.

I purchased a Sigri gas stove in January 2026 with a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, the product appears to be defective and has caused a serious safety incident.
On 22 June 2026, while the stove was being used normally, the glass top suddenly shattered completely. This created a highly dangerous situation and could have caused severe injuries to my family members. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt, but the incident was extremely frightening and unacceptable.
After the accident, I repeatedly tried to contact your customer care number (9354146797), but the phone was switched off. I also sent messages on WhatsApp regarding this serious safety concern, but I have received no response from your team.
A gas stove is a household appliance that must meet basic safety standards. The complete failure of the glass top within a few months of purchase raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of this product.
