Text of Complaint by Nandna Verma:

Hello Sir/ma’am

I’ve placed multiple orders through a website on 1st and 2nd October.
Shipment ids: 1091162057706 and 19041209477740.
They have reached destination city on time 7th October near my location., but even after 10 days they were not delivering and updating any status and reason of delay. I’m unable to contact them no customer care number is provided and I mailed Shiprocket customer care but have not received any reply. It was quite irritating because they were not providing any data w.r.t to our shipment.
It has been delayed for unforeseen reasons while my other parcels (via different courier services) is getting delivered as usual.
After a long time of 10 days both the parcel(s) were RTO without my permission.
It’s case of serious negligence by the service provider (shiprocket) and its partner.
I request you to take this matter at your end.
