Hi,

I am Yalamarthi Ratnam. I purchased a mobile on flipkart dated on 05/03/2023 and this mobile is not working properly.
So I placed a return request as that the mobile is not working that is
1) mobile Hanging sometimes,
2) speaker is getting noise i.e., some times getting double voices, camera quality is also not good,
3) seems to be look like a used mobile.
4) Microphone issue,
5) Multi touch problem,
6) Bluetooth problem,
7) Back camera problem Quality
8) OTG Problem some time not connecting
9) Volume problem key
10) proximity sensor problem

Due to the above said defects I placed a return request, the customer care of Flipkart accepted my return request first time dated on 12/03/2023. They rejected my return request on 14/03/2023 without resolving my issue.
They rejected my mobile without even talking to me.

Again ( Second time) I raised the request to return / replace. This time accepted and arranged a technican visit. This time also cancelled.

Why has my return request been cancelled?
Why did they cancel without a technician visit? The technician should come and check the mobile, but no technician came and checked. He just called me and asked for the money 1500 rupees, to send the report in favour to us. we rejected to give the money. Why should I have to give the money as really my mobile is not working. So the technician had intentionally cancelled and sended a fake report.

I had all the proofs that my mobiles is not working. I can show you all the proof that there is a defect in mobile. Not even a technician has come near me, and checked the mobile, if you want, I will prove it. Will you accept my return request and refund my money or shall I go to consumer court.

How do they do like that?
When I call flipkart customer care about this, they saying me to wait for 24 hours.
Flipkart customer care executives, Spent a week by telling me to wait for 24 Hours.

Every time I called they are telling me to wait for 24 hours, but so far no help was given to me. I doesn’t need the mobile as this phone was defective and no worthiness for the money which I spent. So kindly refund my amount which I paid.
