Hello all,
This is a true incident in my case which I am sharing with you. I used Paytm Fastag since 1 year and due to min fastag balance amount of 150 rs issue (which was not initially), I was not happy of using Paytm fastag. I asked them to close my Fastag account and after 3-4 calls/customer care exchanges (asking same questions from different agents), they said I have to pay a pending transaction to my wallet which is pending from 2018. In fact they told this the moment I said I wanted to close my account. But after that I have done many recharges but they did not deduct the pending amount. So after many struggles, I paid the pending amount (which is not fair and true). Now, they just refunded the Fastag amount of 150 rs aloan and not refunded one time security deposit of 250 rs to my wallet. When I mailed them, no response about deposit refund status. To my experience, I lost around 500+ rs which is my money.
I suggest people to be very careful using Paytm app/wallet/account and not to be a victim like me.
