Text of Complaint by PEEYUSH BANSAL:

I had purchased a spectacle from John Jacobs website on July 8, 2019 wide order number 35009963 basis the eye checkup done from Lenskart (its parent company) sector 7 rohini store. I got to know that the number was incorrect after I got it done from a registered doctor. I was shocked to see such a massive change in number, so I asked for new glasses to be made with them. This was served by Lenskart team wide order number 60041130, using which I faced a lot of difficulties and after a few days of trial when I finally got fed up of continuous vision blurring, I saw the right lense was not made properly! And this was sent to me after a “thorough QC”. I got the power of these lenses checked for my satisfaction from Lenskart sector 9 store, which showed me the Axis was highly incorrect. When I complained about this to Lenskart, I was promised to get my replacement done on a strictly urgent basis, the day it gets picked up new my order will be placed. When I sent back my spectacles, nothing such happened and they continuously tried to evade this promise. On highly disputed note, I got a call from a person from John Jacobs team who placed the order within 2 minutes, wide order number 60043024 which again is made incorrect. The lenses are not blue cut and the frame is highly misaligned, as verified by Lenskart sector 7 store personnel, Anish. It seems to be a total production default for which I am forced to call them multiple times to see all promises in vain each time and I not getting any value for my money spent. When I complained about this to Lenskart they said our senior will call you, for which some resolution officer writes to me to call him if I want to talk in this regard, which is highly unprofessional. I am seriously done with dealing with them, please help me in legal way now. I also got to learn from multiple people of horrible experience each time
