24th March morning, received call from a Lady Ritu (9506981879), she gave all my details correctly and also shared my transaction done on Paytm in May 2017 with all clear details.
Based ont eh details given, i found them genuine as the number shared 9007504981 is showing in name of paytmmall.com. After money was transferred, i also got confirmation with order number 2381099407 on 24th march.
Again on 26th march i got call from another number 8274923191 from a person saying he is from despatch department and order is in process.
Now when i check on the history of this order, there is no information on the app and customer care is clueless.
