Text of Complaint by Sathish Kumar N:

I ordered in zomato after 1 hour I did not receive the food. In between I called the delivery person 3 times he did not answer the call. When I contacted the chat support they said order was delivered by guy name dilip. He asked me to check with my family members. When I said I am the only one at my home he said the delivery guy.met with an accident and when I asked him how come he said it was delivered he said the delivery guy by mistake pressed as delivered .  I grew suspicious and asked him t conference the call or tell the location where the guy.met with an accident. He did not inform me anything. I asked him to intiate a refund and without responding he disconnected the chat. The second chat rep named kunal initiated the refund and disconnected the chat immediately. I initiated third chat and the same.guy named Kunal came back online . I asked for corporate office complaint number and email address he said he can’t provide it because he does not have the privilege. The took the amount and are saying we will refund within 2 to 7 day as it is there procedure. This is customer harassment and I want to file a complaint legally as well. I have the whole chat conversation.
