Text of Complaint by Mohammed Shuja Tungekar:

This is to take your attention where Zomato team is doing thugs & harassing customers with their dadagiri. This was the 3rd time where I had faced an issue repeatedly in 2 months with Zomato worst customer service fake sympathy and promises.
Where ONLINE PAID ORDERS delivery valet is not delivering at doorstep. Calling me to receive the order outside of the building and saying we have been instructed that we are allowed to enter in the building. Where the same COD ORDERS delivery valet is delivering at doorstep.

Is this Zomato hospitality service towards customer satisfaction by doing an injustice thing? Where they know if they didn’t deliver COD order at doorstep the order will automatically get cancelled and the amount of that order the delivery valet has to bear.

The below details of orders and delivery valet which they had called me out of the building to receive the orders which were on ONLINE PAID ORDERS:-

And the same where I had escalated the grievance to customer care by the name of Vishesh. Vishesh was telling me to accept the order and we will take note that the same will not happen again. But this issue happened thrice with me. By compensating the customer with an offer, better you need to give the training to Zomato team regarding the service and behavior.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS VALET AND ALSO NOTE THAT SAME MISTAKE SHOULD NOT BE REPEAT AGAIN WITH AND OTHERS.

Also, note that from next order I will inform in advance to customer care if the delivery valet (ONLINE PAID ORDER) that valet has to deliver my order at door step if he rejects for the same I will cancel the order with my full refund amount.
