Received Old Used Leather Shoes Instead Of Skechers Men’s Overhaul-Primba Black Sneakers-9 UK (10 US) (52821-BBK).
Now Amazon is saying that we have accepted your request to return the wrong item your received, but the Amazon Pickup services are saying that we got no mail about the wrong Product (i.e Old Used Leather shoes) so we can’t accept or pickup your return, call amazon to send us a detail mail. After that i called Amazon, they said we already send all details including pictures of the wrong product you received to the Amazon Pickup but we don’t know why they are not Picking your return. Please help me.
