• Resp Sir,
• I have received a product from Rozzy on line shopping  and the product is not satisfied and would like to return it. I tried to contact the customer care center, no one is responding & the contact numbers are not reachable/existing
• Last Saturday a person called & asked my Debit card number & given to him. He asked for CVV number & I refused to share. He disconnected call.
• I sent SMS to that number, no response.
• Wednesday I called him, again he asked the same details of card & I refused to share CVV number, he said it is not possible to refund the paid amount for the product unless CVV number given. This is totally fraud company it seems. His number is 7068089230.
• Kindly help me sir.
