My WO 1K5A0672 was booked for installation but since last two days site engineer is not visiting to install and giving all excuse , also i have raised the complaint 1K9RS8DI . when im calling customer care service they are saying we have escalated the matter and concern team will look into this and arrange call back in one hour.
I know nothing happens in India even if you submit this complaint. its customer who need to wait for there mercy of eng to come and fix, it just name TATA but internally all bullshit .
