Paytm mall order id- 6187929885
I have been trying to connect paytm since 5 days and still couldn’t, because of their customer service response.
I have an issue to a product (Tshirt) i bought from paytm mall. The tshirt is not satisfactory and also damaged, i had selected it to return but the courier boy called me and as i was not available for return, he just rejected the order without any concern of product. He told me to re return the order, but i am unable to re-return or replace the product. help me return the product before paytm tell me that the replacement day is over.
