Text of Complaint by Tamal Das:

I added Rs. 3, 200 into my Paytm Wallet from my Zaggle Kuber RBL Gift Card on 02/03/2018 at 09:08 AM. On 03/03/2018 at 02:05 AM I accidentally clicked on ‘Return to Bank’ option and instantly Rs. 3, 200 debited from my Paytm Wallet and said ‘Paytm has refunded Rs.3200.00 to your bank (Transaction ID: 18023129597)’. But still now no money refunded to my Zaggle Kuber RBL Gift Card. Please do me the needful as soon as possible, this money is very important to me.

  1. m also waiting for my amount , i got deduct 2000 rupees , once i added 2000 rupees , accidentally i click return to bank than money goes disappear
    friends if this is most stupid option ever in the world then why paytm put this option
    because there are alot of ways to transfer your money in same time without any charges
    and people can not wait 1 month for their own money ,
    stupid people of paytm

  2. Same thing happened to me with 6,500 rupees on 22 july, 2020. Paytm says it’s bank fault and bank says paytm is responsible for that. In between people like us get suffered. Anybody please suggest me what to do?
