So, I ordered Chicken Popcorn from a restaurant named ‘Friend’s Cafe’ which cost me about 164 INR. To my shock the chicken wasn’t freshly cooked/fried. It tasted like it was stored away and reheated because it wasn’t crispy and didn’t have that aura of masala that a usual fried chicken has. Tasted like I had lost my sense of taste. Adding more to my suspicion was how the outer layer would come off without even trying. Basically, I wasn’t delivered the kind of food that was advertised on your App.
Your customer agent wasn’t of any help to me. They just gave me false assurances like always. I had faced the similar issue with the restaurant ‘Grill Boy’ in Order Number 2743043357, even then I was left with no real resolution and then again the same treatment.
