This is to bring to your kind attention that our recent order #1667777860 got rejected without our confirmation. They gave the feedback that the phone is not reachable so we have declined the order. But we didn’t get any call from the concerned delivery person in reverse we have dialed his number and was continuously busy. If at all the number is not reachable but the location is pointable, can’t he come to the door step and deliver the order. we have already made the payment in advance and now would appreciate if you could arrange for the refund of the same. The payment has been made via Paytm.
I would be very grateful to you if you could do the needful at the earliest as possible. I would be obliged if you look into the matter personally and arrange my refund at the earliest
