Dear Paytm,
As discussed I have requested to deliver the purchased item by 10th October’18 or else their is no use of it as a customer.
Reason behind urgent delivery request:-
1) From 11th Oct’18 I will be out of WestBengal.
2) No body will be available to receive as it office address.
3) Purpose to purchase the product to do photo graphics in Delhi as leaving WestBengal by 11th.
4) If I don’t have receive the item before within 10th October’18 their is no use of it.
5) Informed your customer care to prioritise delivery date but their is no response to do so.
6) As a top brand of online marketing as a customer is the request illogical as in paytm I has been purchased lots of item before as a customer.
7) In puja offer Paytm is doing marketing that within 2days delivery in Paytm Shoping Festival but as a loyal customer requested to deliver within 5days. (Please find the paytm attachment)
8) If in Puja shoping festival offer offering good TAT of delivery then why not that facility can get a customer when in urgency?
9) This is for your information that Amazon delivery time around time is only 2days.
