I recharged my airtel number 7994714552 on4/10/18at11amfrom mangattukavala airtel distribution office. Sim was international roaming .lasked the shop if have any international roaming and net offer.4th they are tell to me this number has a rs2449 offer. I gave money and number check and verify number.that time number was correct. They are tell to me it will came message after I hr. I agree with them and then I went to my home. My house is near to Cheruthoni. There was no message came my number up to 3pm. I call distributer office they are tell to me recharge sususfully. I don’t kno.they have been recharged at this number. When I call customer care they are tell to me not get that offer this country of(Seychelles) .what I can do . I call distribution office not attend my phone call. They are sent message in my what’s up but number is wrong 7994714559my number is 7994714552.I asked them but they are not answer to me. Only tell they have been recharged. So please reply to me what should i do to get my money back.
