I lost my phone and immediately went to the nearest vodafone store to be told that my alternate contact number needed to be updated in order for them to issue me a new sim card. After calling vodafone several times to check on this, this matter has not been resolved. No reasons provided. Its been almost a month and I still can’t get my new sim card.
