Hi Sir/Madam,

I have sent request regarding my closure of connection 080-49574987 on feb 17th 2019 and recevied confirmation from them not going to charge feb17th onwards. I have cleared my outstanding. my phone and broadband got disconnected. In march again got call from airtel closure department, saying will give you offer 3 months rental waiver and after 4th month 345 per month.

we also agreed and got the service back. Mar bill i have charged rs 960, when i call them i was in rental waiver plan and my account itself activated in mid of march, how you charged 960, customer care told my plan not changed, i was in old plan 1346 and need to pay 960. then she stated asking who gave you waiver, give me her number etc…

i fed up and sent mail to customercare to cancel my connection. again got call from cancellation dept and started telling stories, she mentioned its already mentioned 3 months waiver, we are going to waive off wrongly charged bill and can continue what the commitments given. i also agreed for that. on mar21st  i got mail from customer care regarding my cancellation mail, we are not going to make any action towards cancellation of my mail request.

the mail clearly saying there are not taking any action on my closure request. All of sudden they closed my account on mar 23rd with out our consent. i have been calling customer care, there is no outstanding amount and your account is closed, asking me to give request for activation again and there is no rental waiver ….

now again they sent bill of 346 after doing all these.

  1. Without my consent they closed my phone and broadband
  2. They troubled us to make me on phone to reach them hours hours
  3. after disconnection they keep on calling to give request to activate
  4. after disconnection they have been charging wrong bill

with all these we really struggled and suffered with their services,we were torched with their false promises and poor service we suffered alot and asking us to make bills after account closure. I have all mails they clearly mentioned there is no outstanding amount against my account and my account is closed. now keep on sending wrong bills. please do justice for us.
